Terms and Conditions

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.ezwed.in website.

The domain name www.ezwed.in (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by Ezwoks Internet Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at No. 6/279, Thyagaraja Nagar, Woraiyur, Trichy- 620003, Tamil Nadu , India (hereinafter referred to as "Ezwoks").

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Ezwoks Internet Private Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with Ezwoks.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a Customer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Ezwoks Internet Private Limited.

Ezwoks provides an online platform that connects Vendors who offer services and products related to wedding to customers seeking such services and products (collectively, the "Services"), which Services are accessible at www.ezwed.in and any other websites through which Ezwoks makes the Services available (collectively, the "Site") and as an application for mobile devices (the "Application"). By using the Site or Application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service ("Terms"), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application and Services and all Collective Content (defined below), and your participation in the Referral Program (defined below), and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ezwoks. Please also read carefully our Privacy Policy at  If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site, Application or Services. Failure to use the Site and Application in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Vendor Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESETERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by Ezwoks Policies ((including but not limited to Privacy Policy available on /ezwed.in/privacy policy) as amended from time to time.


Key Terms

"Ezwoks Content" means all Content that Ezwoks makes available through the Site, Application, or Services, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Member Content. 

"Booking Request Period" means the time period starting from the time when a booking is requested by a Customer (as determined by Ezwoks in its sole discretion), within which a Vendor may decide whether to confirm or reject that booking request, as stated on the Site, Application or Services. Different Booking Request Periods may apply in different places. 

"Collective Content" means Member Content and Ezwoks Content. 

"Content" means text, graphics, images, music, software (excluding the Application), audio, video, information or other materials. 

"Customer" means a Member who requests from a Vendor a booking of a Service or Property or purchase of product via the Site, Application or Services, or a Member who utilizes an Service. 

"Vendor" means a Member who creates a Listing via the Site, Application and Services. 

"Service" means a Service or product that is listed by a Vendor as available for offer via the Site and Application.

"Subscription" means a booking of a service listed by a Vendor in the Website.

"Member" means a person who completes Ezwoks's account registration process, including but not limited to Vendors and Customers, as described under "Account Registration" below. 

"Member Content" means all Content that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Site, Application or Services. 

"Tax" or "Taxes" mean any sales taxes, value added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), transient occupancy taxes, tourist or other visitor taxes, accommodation or lodging taxes, fees (such as convention center fees) that accommodation providers may be required by law to collect and remit to governmental agencies, and other similar municipal, state, federal and national indirect or other withholding and personal or corporate income taxes.
Certain areas of the Site and Application (and your access to or use of certain aspects of the Services or Collective Content) may have different terms and conditions posted or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that area of the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content.


How the Site, Application and Services Work

The Site, Application and Services can be used to facilitate the listing and booking of wedding halls and other properties ( hereinafter reffered as "Property") and products and services related to wedding. Such Propertys are included in Listings on the Site, Application and Services by Vendors. You may view Listings as an unregistered visitor to the Site, Application and Services; however, if you wish to book a Property or service or create a Listing, you must first register to create an Ezwoks Account (defined below).

As stated above, Ezwoks makes available an online platform or marketplace with related technology for Customers and Vendors to meet online and arrange for bookings of Properties or services and purchase of products directly with each other. Ezwoks is not an owner or operator of properties, including, but not limited to, Banquet halls, wedding halls, other lodgings or Properties, nor is it a provider of properties, including, but not limited to, Banquet halls, wedding halls, other properties and Ezwoks does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, manage and/or control properties, including, but not limited to, Banquet halls, wedding halls, other lodgings or Propertys or transportation or travel services. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the Ezwoks platform, Ezwoks's responsibilities are limited to: (i) facilitating the availability of the Site, Application and Services and (ii) serving as the limited payment collection agent of each Vendor for the purpose of accepting payments from Customers on behalf of the Vendor.


Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Site and Application, and to book an Property or Service or create a Listing, you must register to create an account ("Ezwoks Account") and become a Member. You may register to join the Services directly via the Site or Application or as described in this section.

You can also register to join by logging into your account with certain third-party social networking sites ("SNS") (including, but not limited to, Facebook; each such account, a "Third-Party Account"), via our Site or Application, as described below. As part of the functionality of the Site, Application and Services, you may link your Ezwoks Account with Third-Party Accounts, by either: (i) providing your Third-Party Account login information to Ezwoks through the Site, Services or Application; or (ii) allowing Ezwoks to access your Third-Party Account, as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third-Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to Ezwoks and/or grant Ezwoks access to your Third-Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account and without obligating Ezwoks to pay any fees or making Ezwoks subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third-party service providers. By granting Ezwoks access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that Ezwoks will access, make available and store (if applicable) any Content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account ("SNS Content") so that it is available on and through the Site, Services and Application via your Ezwoks Account and Ezwoks Account profile page. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all SNS Content, if any, will be considered to be Member Content for all purposes of these Terms. Depending on the Third-Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third-Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third-Party Accounts will be available on and through your Ezwoks Account on the Site, Services and Application. Please note that if a Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or Ezwoks's access to such Third-Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, then SNS Content will no longer be available on and through the Site, Services and Application. You have the ability to disable the connection between your Ezwoks Account and your Third-Party Accounts, at any time, by accessing the "Settings" section of the Site and Application. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. Ezwoks makes no effort to review any SNS Content for any purpose, including but not limited to for accuracy, legality or non-infringement and Ezwoks is not responsible for any SNS Content.

We will create your Ezwoks Account and your Ezwoks Account profile page for your use of the Site and Application based upon the personal information you provide to us or that we obtain via an SNS as described above. You may not have more than one (1) active Ezwoks Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Ezwoks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Ezwoks Account and your access to the Site, Application and Services if you create more than one (1) Ezwoks Account or if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Ezwoks Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Ezwoks of any unauthorized use of your Ezwoks Account.

Properties or Services Listings

As a Member, you may create Listings. To create a Listing, you will be asked a variety of questions about the Property or Service or Product to be listed, including, but not limited to, the location, capacity, size, features, and availability of the Property and pricing and related rules and financial terms. In order to be featured in Listings via the Site, Application and Services, all Properties must have valid physical addresses. Listings will be made publicly available via the Site, Application and Services. Other Members will be able to book your Property via the Site, Application and Services based upon the information provided in your Listing. You understand and agree that once a Customer requests a booking of your Property or service, you may not request the Customer to pay a higher price than in the booking request.

No Endorsement

Ezwoks does not endorse any Member or any Property. You understand that Verified Images are intended only to indicate a photographic representation of the Property or service or product at the time the photograph was taken. Verified Images are therefore not an endorsement by Ezwoks of any Member or any Property. Members are required by these Terms to provide accurate information, and although Ezwoks may undertake additional checks and processes designed to help verify or check the identities or backgrounds of users, we do not make any representations about, confirm, or endorse any Member or the Member's purported identity or background.

Any references in the Site, Application or Services to a Member being "featured" only indicate that the Member has completed a relevant verification process, and does not represent anything else. Any such description is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Ezwoks about any Member, including of the Member's identity and whether the Member is trustworthy, safe or suitable. Instead, any such description is intended to be useful information for you to evaluate when you make your own decisions about the identity and suitability of others whom you contact or interact with via the Site, Application and Services. We therefore recommend that you always exercise due diligence and care when deciding whether to stay with a Vendor or to accept a booking request from a Customer, or to have any other interaction with any other Member. We are not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other Members.

By using the Site, Application or Services, you agree that any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for actions or omissions of other Members or other third parties will be limited to a claim against the particular Members or other third parties who caused you harm. You agree not to attempt to impose liability on or seek any legal remedy from Ezwoks with respect to such actions or omissions. Accordingly, we encourage you to communicate directly with other Members on the Site and Services regarding any bookings or Listings made by you. This limitation shall not apply to any claim by a Vendor against Ezwoks regarding the remittance of payments received from a Customer by Ezwoks on behalf of a Vendor, which instead shall be subject to the limitations described in the section below entitled "Limitation of Liability".

Bookings and Financial Terms

Key definitions

"Advance fees" means the amounts that are payable by a customer to confirm booking of a Listing or Service. The Vendor alone, and not Ezwoks, determines these amounts. The " Advance Fees" is.

"Service Fees" means the fee that Ezwoks charges a Vendor for the use of its online platform, which is calculated as a percentage of the applicable "Total Fees". The Vendor Fees will be displayed to the Vendor when the Customer pays "Advance Fees".

"Term Fees" means the amounts that are due and payable by a Customer in exchange for that Customer's use of a Property or a service which is "Total Fees" – "Advance Fees". The Vendor alone, and not Ezwoks, determines these amounts. The Vendor may in his or her sole discretion decide to include in these amounts, but not limited to, (i) a cleaning fee or any other fee permitted on the Ezwoks platform, or (ii) Taxes that the Vendor determines that he or she has to collect. 

 "Total Fees" is a collective from of "Advance Fees" and "Vendor Fees". The Vendor may in his or her sole discretion decide to include in these amounts, but not limited to, (i) a cleaning fee or any other fee permitted on the Ezwoks platform, or (ii) Taxes that the Vendor determines that he or she has to collect. 

"Vendor Fees" is a collective from of "Advance fees" less "Service fees" plus "Term fees"

Bookings and Financial Terms for Vendors

If you are a Vendor and a booking is requested for your Property or service via the Site, Application and Services, by means of payment of "Advance Fees" you will be required to provide the property for use or the service for the requested period unconditionally; failing to comply with same would imply the imposition of penalty, which would be a percentage of "Total fees" and decided by Ezwoks. When a booking is requested via the Site, Application and Services, we will share with you (i) the first and last name of the Customer who has requested the booking, (ii) a link to the Customer's Ezwoks Account profile page, (iii) the names of any members of an SNS with whom you are "friends" or associated on the SNS if such individuals are also "friends" or associated with the Customer on such SNS, and (iv) an indication that the name that the Customer provided to Ezwoks when the Customer became a Member matches the name that the Customer provided to the SNSs to which the Customer has linked his or her Ezwoks Account.

Ezwoks will collect the Advance Fees at the time of booking of property or Service (i.e. when the Customer makes the Advance Fees) and will initiate payment of the same to the Vendor and an acknowledgement of receipt of the Advance Fees to the Customer. The service agreement will be complied by the Vendor only on receipt of Term Fees.  The payment of Advance fees merely confirms the booking of a particular vendor by a customer for a specified time as per the availability of the vendor.

All subscriptions and other customer lead in ezwed.in are NON refundable and are NON transferable under any and all conditions.

The time it takes for the Vendor to receive payouts may depend upon the method for issuing payouts as decided by Ezwoks from time to time. Some methods involve the use of third-party payment processors, who may impose their own additional charges for the use of their services on the Vendor, including by deducting their charges from the payout amount.

Each Vendor hereby appoints Ezwoks as the Vendor's limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting the Advance Fees and Vendor Fees from Customers.

Each Vendor agrees that payment made by a Customer to Ezwoks, shall be considered the same as a payment made directly to the Vendor, and the Vendor will make the Property or service or product available to the Customer in the agreed-upon manner as if the Vendor has received the Property Fees. Each Vendor understands that as Ezwoks Payments accepts payments from Customers as the Vendor's limited payment collection agent and that Ezwoks Payments' obligation to pay the Vendor is subject to and conditional upon successful receipt of the associated payments from Customers. Ezwoks does not guarantee payments to Vendors for amounts that have not been successfully received by Ezwoks from Customers. In accepting appointment as the limited authorized agent of the Vendor, Ezwoks Payments assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Vendor.

Please note that Ezwoks does not currently charge fees for the creation of Listings. However, you as a Vendor acknowledge and agree that Ezwoks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge you for and collect fees from you for the creation of Listings. Please note that Ezwoks will provide notice of any Listing fee collection via the Site, Application and Services, prior to implementing such a Listing fee feature.

Bookings and Financial Terms for Customers

The Vendors, not Ezwoks, are solely responsible for honoring any confirmed bookings and making available any Properties or services or product reserved through the Site, Application and Services. If you, as a Customer, choose to enter into a transaction with a Vendor for the booking of an Property or service, you agree and understand that you will be required to enter into an agreement with the Vendor and you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions associated with such Property or service imposed by the Vendor. You acknowledge and agree that you, and not Ezwoks, will be responsible for performing the obligations of any such agreements, that Ezwoks is not a party to such agreements, and that, with the exception of its payment obligations hereunder, Ezwoks disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such agreements. You acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding the fact that Ezwoks is not a party to the agreement between you and the Vendor, Ezwoks acts as the Vendor's payment collection agent for the limited purpose of accepting payments from you on behalf of the Vendor. Upon your payment of the Total Fees to Ezwoks, your payment obligation to the Vendor for the Property Fees is extinguished, and Ezwoks Payments is responsible for remitting the

The Total Fees payable will be displayed to a Customer before the Customer sends a booking request to a Vendor. As noted above, the Vendor is obligated to confirm the booking request by a customer on receipt of Advance fees made by a Customer by Ezwoks, otherwise the requested vendor will be penalized for non-conformity. If a requested booking is cancelled by the vendor, any amounts collected by Ezwoks will be refunded to such Customer, depending on the selections the Customer makes via the Site and Application, and any pre-authorization of such Customer's credit card will be released, if applicable.
You as a Customer agree to pay Ezwoks for the Total Fees for any booking requested in connection with requirement from a Vendor.

In connection with your requested booking, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and credit card information either to Ezwoks Payments or its third-party payment processor(s). You agree to pay Ezwoks for any confirmed bookings made in connection with your Ezwoks Account in accordance with these Terms by one of the methods described on the Site or Application, e.g. by PayPal, credit card, debit card or Banking accounts. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by charging the credit card or debit card provided as part of requesting the booking, either directly by Ezwoks or indirectly, via a third-party online payment processor or by one of the payment methods described on the Site or Application. You also authorize Ezwoks Payments to charge your credit card in the event of damage caused at an Property as contemplated under "Damage to Propertys" below and for Security Deposits, if applicable. If you are directed to Ezwoks Payments' third-party payment processor(s), you may be subject to terms and conditions governing use of that third party's service and that third party's personal information collection practices. Please review such terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the services. Once your confirmed booking transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your confirmed booking.

General Booking and Financial Terms

Cancellations and Refunds

All subscriptions and other customer lead ezwed.in are NON refundable and are NON transferable under any and all conditions.

Rounding Off

Ezwoks may, in its sole discretion, round up or round down amounts that are payable from or to Customers or Vendors to the nearest whole functional base unit in for INR; for example, Ezwoks will round up an amount of INR 99.89 to INR 100.00, and INR 99.49 to INR 100.00.

Payment Processing Errors

We will take steps to rectify any payment processing errors that we become aware of. These steps may include crediting or debiting (as appropriate) the same payment method used for the original payout to or payment by you, so that you end up receiving or paying the correct amount.


Ezwoks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Site, Application or Services or to modify these Terms, including the Service Fees, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or via the Application or provide you with notice of the modification. We will also update the "Last Updated Date" at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Site, Application or Services after we have posted a modification on the Site or via the Application or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site, Application and Services.

Membership Eligibility

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the Ezwoks website and shall not transact on or use the website. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website. Ezwoks reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to Ezwoks's notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

Your Account and Registration Obligations

If You use the Website, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide You with access to the Website.


When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Platform for Transaction and Communication

The Website is a platform that Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions. Ezwoks is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Website's Users.


  1. All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Customers and Vendors alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services. Ezwoks does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Customers and Vendors.

  2. Ezwoks does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, salability, etc) of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Website. Ezwoks does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products or services on the Website. Ezwoks accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.

  3. Ezwoks is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Customers and Vendors. Ezwoks cannot and does not guarantee that the concerned Customers and/or Vendors will perform any transaction concluded on the Website. Ezwoks shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Customers and Vendors.

  4. Ezwoks does not make any representation or warranty as to the item-specifics (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc) of any of its Users. You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any particular User that You choose to deal with on the Website and use Your best judgment in that behalf.

  5. Ezwoks does not at any point of time during any transaction between Customer and Vendor on the Website come into or take possession of any of the products or services offered by Vendor nor does it at any point gain title to or have any rights or claims over the products or services offered by Vendor to Customer.

  6. At no time shall Ezwoks hold any right, title or interest over the products nor shall Ezwoks have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract entered into between Customers and Vendors. Ezwoks is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

  7. The Website is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products or services. Ezwoks is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Vendor and the Customer.

    At no time shall Ezwoks hold any any right, title or interest over the products or services nor shall Ezwoks have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract.

    Ezwoks is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

  8. You shall independently agree upon the manner and terms and conditions of delivery, payment, insurance etc. with the Vendor(s) that You transact with.

    Disclaimer: Pricing on any product(s) or Services as is reflected on the Website may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by Vendor may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event Vendor may cancel such your order(s).

  9. You release and indemnify Ezwoks and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Users of the Website and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts in that behalf, Ezwoks cannot take responsibility or control the information provided by other Users which is made available on the Website. You may find other User's information to be offensive, harmful, inconsistent, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and practice safe trading when using the Website.

    Please note that there could be risks in dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretence.?


Membership on the Website is free for Customers. Ezwoks does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website. Ezwoks reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Ezwoks may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Ezwoks reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to Ezwoks Internet Private Limited.

    28. shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider ("ISPs") or other suppliers;

You agree that You will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on theinfrastructure of the Website or Ezwoks's systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to Ezwoks.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
  • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

Transactions, Transaction Price and all commercial terms such as Delivery, Dispatch of products and/or services are as per principal to principal bipartite contractual obligations between Customer and Vendor and payment facility is merely used by the Customer and Vendor to facilitate the completion of the Transaction. Use of the payment facility shall not render Ezwoks liable or responsible for the non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage, breach of representations and warranties, non-provision of after sales or warranty services or fraud as regards the products and /or services listed on Ezwoks's Website

  2. You have specifically authorized Ezwoks or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and / or the Transaction Price electronically or through Cash on Delivery to and from other Users in respect of transactions through Payment Facility. Your relationship with Ezwoks is on a principal to principal basis and by accepting these Terms of Use you agree that Ezwoks is an independent contractor for all purposes, and does not have control of or liability for the products or services that are listed on Ezwoks's Website that are paid for by using the Payment Facility. Ezwoks does not guarantee the identity of any User nor does it ensure that a Customer or a Vendor will complete a transaction.

  3. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Ezwoks is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the Ezwoks Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, Ezwoks is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.

    Payment Facility for Customers:

    • You, as a Customer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Vendor to purchase the products and /or services from the Vendor using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the Vendor using Payment Facility.
    • You, as a Customer, may agree with the Vendor through electronic communication and electronic records and using the automated features as may be provided by Payment Facility on any extension / increase in the Dispatch and/or Delivery time and the Transaction shall stand amended to such extent. Any such extension / increase of Dispatch / Delivery time or subsequent novation / variation of the Transaction should be in compliance with Payment Facility Rules and Policies.
    • You, as a Customer, shall electronically notify Payment Facility using the appropriate Ezwoks Website features immediately upon Delivery or non Delivery within the time period as provided in Policies. Non notification by You of Delivery or non Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction. In case of Cash On Delivery transactions, Customer is not required to confirm the receipt of products or services.
    • You, as a Customer, shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price (as Your sole and exclusive remedy) in case You do not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed in the Transaction or within the time period as provided in the Policies, whichever is earlier. In case you do not raise a refund claim using Website features within the stipulated time than this would make You ineligible for a refund.
    • You, as a Customer, understand that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain category of products and/or services and/or Transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence You may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and /or services
    • Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.
    • For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft in favour of the Customer (As per registration details provided by the Customer)
    • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
    • For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
    • Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Ezwoks in case of any misuse by Customer.
    • Refund shall be subject to Customer complying with Policies.

  4. Ezwoks reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price which Ezwoks may receive from on an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual Customer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions exceeding such limit.

  5. Ezwoks reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Customers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Customer with Ezwoks or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.

  6. Ezwoks may do such checks as it deems fit before approving the receipt of/Customers commitment to pay (for Cash On Delivery transactions) Transaction Price from the Customer for security or other reasons at the discretion of Ezwoks. As a result of such check if Ezwoks is not satisfied with the creditability of the Customer or genuineness of the Transaction / Transaction Price, it will have the right to reject the receipt of / Customers commitment to pay Transaction Price.

  7. Ezwoks may delay notifying the payment confirmation i.e. informing Vendor to Dispatch, if Ezwoks deems suspicious or for Customers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the Transaction and Transaction Price. In addition, Ezwoks may hold Transaction Price and Ezwoks may not inform Vendor to Dispatch or remit Transaction Price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding the same to Customer) at the request of law enforcement officials or in the event the Customer is engaged in any form of illegal activity.

  8. The Customer and Vendor acknowledge that Ezwoks will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of Ezwoks.

  9. Compliance with Laws:
    Customer and Vendor shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and Ezwoks Website.

  10. Customer's arrangement with Issuing Bank:
    All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Customer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

  11. All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Customer and the respective Issuing Bank.
30 Day Replacement Guarantee*

The 30 Day Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Customers who have been defrauded by qualified Vendors on the Website. If at the time of delivery and/or within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the Customer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the Vendor subject to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Notify Vendor of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within 30 days from the date of delivery and the same product/s will be replaced in return of the defective product/s.
  2. Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the Vendor.
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
  • Digital products/services (Flyte music downloads)
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
  • Jewellery which is 'made to order' on customer's request

On Clothing, Footwear and Jewellery, qualified Vendors accept 30 day exchange subject to the following conditions:

Replacement Guarantee*

The Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Customers who have been defrauded by qualified Vendors on the Website. Returns Policy

Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Customer to the Vendor on the Ezwoks website. Following situations may arise:

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was sent by the Vendor.

Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.
Points to be noted:

  1. Vendor can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
  2. If Vendor disagrees a return request, Customer can file a dispute under the Customer Protection Program*.

We encourage the Customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Customer orders a wrong item, Customer shall not be entitled to anyreturn/refund.

Customer need to raise the refund request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. Once Customer has raised a return request by contacting Us vis mail on care@ezwed.in, Vendor while closing the return ticket can select one of the following:

  1. Replace after shipment collection - Vendor has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the Customer before replacing it)
  2. Refund after shipment collection - Vendor has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the Customer before refunding)
  3. Refund without shipment collection - Vendor has agreed to refund the Customer without expecting the original shipment back)
  4. Replace without shipment collection - Vendor has agreed to replace the order without expecting the original shipment back)

In the event the Vendor accepts the return request raised by the Customer, Customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the Customer's account.

In case the Vendor doesn't close the ticket in 3 days from the date of intimation to the Vendor about the refund request, the refund request shall be settled in favor of the Customer.

Further for returns being made by Customer to the Vendor of the product, the following parameters needs to be ensured by the Customer:

Category Condition
Clothing and Footwear Should be "New & Unworn" (other than for trial)
Beauty, Health & Personal Care Should be "New & Unopened"
Jewellery Should be "New" and returned with original packaging

If the product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Vendor.

Shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by the Vendor.


Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Customer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like.

Points to be noted:

  1. Vendor can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
  2. If Vendor disagrees for a return request, Customer can file a dispute under Customer Protection Program*.

Customer need to raise the replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of products. Once Customer has raised a replacement request by contacting Us via email at care@ezwed.in. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed

Customer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

  • Shipping was damaged
  • Item was defective
  • Item Dead on Arrival
  • Item(s) were missing
  • Wrong item sent

An intimation shall be provided to Vendor seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.

3. In case the Vendor accepts the replacement request, Customer shall be required to return the product to the Vendor and only after return of the product, Vendor shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Customer.

4. Incase Vendor rejects the replacement request, Customer can choose to raise a dispute by writing to care@ezwed.in.

In case the Vendor doesn't have the product at all, Vendor can provide the refund to the Customer and Customer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu ofreplacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.

If the Vendor doesn't respond to the Customer's replacement request, within three (3) days from the date of replacement request placed by the Customer, refund shall beprocessed in favour of Customer and Vendor shall be liable to refund amount paid to the Vendor.

All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Vendor.

Disputes (Resolutions) Policy


Generally, transactions are conducted smoothly on Ezwoks. However there may be some cases where both the Customers and Vendors may face issues. At Ezwoks, we have a Dispute Resolution process in order to resolve disputes between Customers and Vendors.

What is a 'dispute'?

A 'Dispute' can be defined as a disagreement between a Customer and a Vendor in connection with a transaction on the Website.

How does a 'dispute' occur in the Marketplace?

Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the Customer and the Vendor. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the resolution of their complaint/issue.

It is important that before a Customer/Vendor raises a dispute, they should attempt to solve the issue. Please note that whenever a Customer raises a dispute, the Vendor's payment for that order is put on hold immediately until the issue is resolved.

How is a 'dispute' created?

Whenever there is a disagreement, the Customer can write to deepak@ezwed.in, while the Vendor can write to care@ezwed.in, in order to raise a dispute. Disputes can be raised at a particular transaction level.

What are the various types of 'disputes'?

Following are the indicative examples of potential disputes:

1. Wrong item received
2. Item Not as described

  • Damaged or Seal broken on Product
  • Part/Accessory missing
  • Item not Compatible
  • Vendor Description/Specification Wrong
  • Defective (Functional issues)
  • Product not working and Manufacturer claims invalid Invoice

In case the Vendor rejects the return request of the Customer, and Customer raises a dispute, then Ezwoks will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both the parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the Customer, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the Vendor. If the dispute is settled in favour of theVendor, Customer is entitled to any refund.

Customer Protection Program

In case of a dispute where the Vendor is unable to provide a refund or a replacement, Ezwoks will actively work towards reaching a resolution.

The Customer Protection Program covers Customers who are unable to successfully resolve their dispute with the Vendor or are not satisfied the resolution provided by the Vendor.

The Customer can write to deepak@ezwed.in if the issue with the Vendor is not resolved. Ezwoks's Customer Support team will look into the case to check for possible fraud and if the Customer has been black-listed/blocked from making purchases on the Website. Only after verifying these facts, a dispute can be registered.

In due course of resolution, Ezwoks's Customer Support Team will facilitate a conference call including the Vendor and the Customer.

When a dispute has been raised, Ezwoks may provide both the parties access to each others Display Names, contact details including email addresses and other details pertaining to the dispute. Customers and Vendors are subject to final consent from Ezwoks for settling the dispute.

Customer Eligibility and Restrictions

  • Only the Customers who have purchased the product on Ezwoks are eligible for the Customer Protection Program.
  • Customers can file a dispute within 45 days from the date of delivery of the product
  • Any damage or loss to the product after delivery will not be covered under this program and will completely be the Customer's responsibility. Customers should refuse to accept delivery if the item is damaged.
  • To be able to take advantage of the Customer Protection Program, Customers should first contact the Vendor and attempt to resolve the issue. If the Customer doesn't hear from the Vendor or is unable to resolve the issue with the Vendor even after contact, a dispute can be raised with Ezwoks by writing an email to deepak@ezwed.in
  • Fraudulent charges and claims are not covered under Customer Protection Program
  • If the Customer has already initiated chargeback through the credit card issuing bank, it will not be covered under Customer Protection Program, though in such cases a Vendor can file a claim through the Vendor Protection Program.
  • Blacklisted and Blocked Customers are not covered by the Customer Protection Program.
  • Customers who have reached their maximum lifetime limit for claims are also not eligible. Customers can make a maximum of 5 claims per year on Ezwoks. If the claim was withdrawn, it is not counted. The coverage amount will be limited to INR 5,000/-
  • Through the Customer Protection program, Ezwoks does not provide any guarantee/warranty to Customers for products sold on Ezwoks against technical/manufacturing defects.
  • Raising disputes against Vendors does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund or replacement for the product purchased. Ezwoks shall verify the disputes so raised and may process only such claims that are valid and genuine.
  • Ezwoks shall at no point be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, expenses, costs of any nature whatsoever that may be incurred by any Customer/Vendor.
  • Claims of the nature of 'Customer remorse' (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Customer by mistake or where the Customer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him) will not be entertained through this program.
  • Ezwoks reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a User who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Ezwoks may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such User and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.
  • Decisions made by Ezwoks under the Customer Protection Program shall be final and binding on its Users.
  • Ezwoks reserves the right to modify / discontinue Customer Protection Program without any prior notice period to its Users.
  • Through this program, Ezwoks shall not entertain claims of Customers who have incurred loss due to delayed shipment or delivery of the item by the Vendor.
  • Ezwoks Customer Support Team may seek additional information / clarification from Customer to facilitate resolution of the dispute. In the event Customer does not respond with information / clarification sought within 10 days of such request, the dispute shall be auto-closed in favour of the Vendor.
Disputes via Chargeback

Whenever a chargeback (CB) comes from a payment gateway/bank, following situations may arise:

  1. Item not received CB - Customer hasn't received the item. Refund will be created in accordance with the dispute policies

  2. Unauthorized CB - Customer hasn't made this particular transaction. Refund will be created in accordance with the dispute policies.

    Vendor expressly agrees that issuing the correct and complete invoice is the sole and primary responsibility of the Vendor. Furthermore, Vendor shall ensure that invoices state "Powered by Ezwoks" and failing to do so Vendor will be liable for chargebacks (as applicable).

  3. Item not as described - meaning item is not what Customer expected. Dispute will be decided in accordance with the dispute policies.

Email Abuse & Threat Policy

Private communication, including email correspondence, is not regulated by Ezwoks. Ezwoks encourages its Users to be professional, courteous and respectful when communicating by email.

However, Ezwoks will investigate and can take action on certain types of unwanted emails that violate Ezwoks policies.
Such instances:

Threats of Bodily Harm - Ezwoks does not permit Users to send explicit threats of bodily harm.

Misuse of Ezwoks System - Ezwoks allows Users to facilitate transactions through the Ezwoks system, but will investigate any misuse of this service.

Cancel and Return Policy
Products can be cancelled only before the product is shipped.

In case you are not happy with the quality of the products or the products done  give you the desired relief, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product .

We would take maximum 5 working days for returning the product, once we receive the product sent by the customer however we cannot guarantee it because the time would get increased depending upon the stock availability

At ezwed we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution.

We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.

We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.

We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit

Ship and Delivery Policy
Products ordered through website for delivery within India are shipped through our courier partner if the delivery service to the destination is available.

In absence of courier service to the desired location, the products are shipped through Indian Postal Service.

Shipping to locations outside India is done through Indian Postal Service. Products will be shipped within 5 days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping charges will differ on each individual vendor  there is no fixed charges if shipping charges exist it will be shown in the product detail page

The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we can not guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.
